Please join us in welcoming Alecia Kissel back as our HR/Recruiting Intern for the fall semester. Alecia joined us in May as our summer intern, and she did such an amazing job that we invited her to return for another semester. We are so proud of her and the significant contribution that she has made to our team in a very short period of time.

Alecia is a senior at Marian University pursuing Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Pastoral Music Ministry. Upon graduation, she’s looking forward to traveling abroad and pursuing a career in HR or Event Planning that allows her to create and nurture relationships in the business world like she has been able to do in her time at Milliner & Associates. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her nephews and going to Indianapolis Indians games.

We are so thankful that we discovered Alecia AND that she chose to spend her internship experiences with us. We are grateful that we’ve been a part of her college experience and can’t wait to see what the future holds for her. There’s absolutely no doubt in our minds that her future is as bright as the sun!

Thank you Indiana INTERNnet and EARN Indiana for making our internship program possible! Milliner & Associates is committed to providing a variety of experiential learning experiences for Indiana college students and these two programs have greatly facilitated our efforts. We are passionate about mentoring today’s youth and helping them discover all that awaits them in the professional world post college. It’s never too early to find your professional mentor and our internship program is providing that opportunity for several local students each year.
