If you're a long time employer partner, you may be noticing a few new things.
First, due to the pandemic, IU is hosting fully virtual events for the 2020-21 academic year. IU career services offices have already hosted number a large scale virtual career fairs with great feedback from both students and employers. They promise to provide the same great service you've come to expect from their in person events.
Second, IU has implemented a new platform, Handshake. Handshake is allowing them to administer their services and connect you virtually with job-seeking students in ways they've never been able to. If you haven't already, you will need to create your employer account in Handshake prior to registering for the fair.
Unfortunately, they cannot create your account on your behalf; however, they are still here to help you through the process.
To do so, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to
  2. Select the "I'm an Employer" button
  3. Complete the registration steps
Once you have created your employer account, you can then register for the fair by clicking the Register today button at the bottom of the page and completing the registration form.
