**Important Note: Each individual should RSVP for general admission and also select ONE breakout session per person. **

Learn about the power of leveraging CliftonStrengths at work from expert Strengths coaches. During the session, interns will learn their Top 5 CliftonStrengths and how to leverage strengths to perform more effectively at work and at home.

• Strengths 101 - An introduction to CliftonStrengths for those new to Strengths
• Strengths-Based Leadership - A CliftonStrengths discussion about leveraging your strengths for leadership
• Strengths & Your Job Search - How can you understand your CliftonStrengths to make yourself more attractive to employers? Find out in this session!
