Ball State University Counselors Amanda McErlean and Timothy Hess will lead this engaging and interactive session to introduce the basic principles of mindfulness. You will explore and practice mindfulness techniques, including meditation, and focus on how they can enhance effectiveness in your professional and personal lives.

Mindfulness is an ancient practice that has been shown to have benefits to health, wellness and relationships. For thousands of years people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds have used meditation and mindfulness to manage stress and seek clarity.
