IT Support

Description

The position will help with the IT operational needs of the non-profit entity, relating to Hardware/ software support and other Information Technology support related duties including but not limited to: Hardware troubleshooting, software troubleshooting, general day to day IT related questions and ensuring the continuity of all IT related equipment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include: PC / laptop setup Install application software New user setup for internal & external systems Provide initial & ongoing training for maximizing user efficiency Problem resolution & break-fix, with documentation of actions taken Maintain helpdesk posture for the staff & volunteers Work as developer when there are no problems to fix

Qualifications

Associate degree candidate within an accredited Information Technology program, preferably in the areas of IT Support, Informatics, Server Administration, Database Management or Cybersecurity/Information Assurance
