Description

Seeking individual who wants to learn all about running a non-profit organization who will work closely with the director in the daily operations of the Mission, including general office support, data entry, filing, assisting with fundraising events, grant research, and more!

approximately 20 hours/week @ $12 per hour

Responsibilities

Use quickbooks to assist with financial reporting (training available).

Grant research- help find relevant sources of grant funding and assist Director in applying for funding.

Offer office support- filing, organizing, monitoring reports, charting/tracking meals served and delivered each week, tracking and entering donor information, donor correspondence, phone traffic.

Data analysis- help monitor, track, predict costs, budgets

Qualifications

Professional written and oral communication skills

Creative mindset

Dependable, resilient, flexible, outgoing

Can provide own transportation

Basic business finance knowledge

Ability to learn Quickbooks

Microsoft Office, specifically Excel experience

Grant awareness experience a plus but not necessary

Able to pass drug screening and criminal background check
