Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will work directly with the COO and Sales Team to gain an understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes. This opportunity is a part time (25-30 hours weekly) opportunity with a flexible work schedule to fit the student’s class schedule.
Applicants must be a marketing, communications, or business major or have interest in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship. Our growing company and industry creates a fast-paced environment that would be a great learning experience for any student. Applicants must possess the mindset of a self-starter that is willing to ask for and take strategic direction, execute those directions with excellence and proactively seek ways to add their own unique value to those strategies.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Assist in preparing new campaign strategies’ including email and outbound calling
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and new client contracts
- Participate in sales presentations and webinars
- Attend client calls with Client Account Managers
- Provide support with social media efforts
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Currently majoring in sales, marketing, and/or business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive self-starter
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage numerous activities and support the efforts of others in achieving company goals
