Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a marketing intern to join our team.

We are building a team of individuals who would seamlessly fit into our creative team to help with the creatives behind the 8393 Creative culture.

This is a remote contract from anywhere, project-based position. 8393 Creative is a full service creative agency. You will work in various capacities across multiple departments in order to develop and promote the marketing of the organization. The Marketing Associate Intern is expected to be a self-starter that likes both working independently on their responsibilities, and is also a great team player to help enable the success of others and the team as a whole.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute communications, including newsletters, social media, case studies, website, email and periodic investor reporting.
• Create and update marketing collateral, including factsheets, presentations, brochures and email blast campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Update website and social media content.
• Create social media content calendars from start to finish
• Create marketing collateral content
• Analyze marketing data to report back to client

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Digital Marketing Communications
• Previous experience in developing print and on-line content i.e. newsletters, websites, and presentations
• Past experience managing social media platforms including LinkedIn
• Excellent writing, design and proofreading abilities
• Superior verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests within deadlines
• Ability to use initiative and work independently while also being a team player
• Desire and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced company environment
• Medium proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• High proficiency in CRM and e-mail marketing tools such as Mail Chimp
