Part-Time IT Intern - Summer 2021

Description

• Collegiate Housing Services is a nationwide student housing organization that has been in business for over 30 years!  We are looking for an IT intern to assist our team due to our continued growth in outsourcing our IT services.  We are not only interested in students looking for a spring/summer internship, we are interested in continuing to work with the student part-time on an on-going basis.  

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 helpdesk functions to support internal, remote and client staff
• User account provisioning and de-provisioning using Active Directory
• Equipment provisioning and de-provisioning using computer imaging software and inventory system
• Equipment rollouts of laptops, desktops and portable devices
• Report and alert monitoring
• Aid in company marketing to third party clients
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Information Technology or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in our Indianapolis office
• Ability to drive to remote clients in the greater Indianapolis area and Anderson/Muncie area
• Passionate about technology and a desire to focus on IT end user satisfaction
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to identity and resolve problems
