Description
Candidate will conduct research for retail developer using internet, phone and email to identify development opportunties around the US. Candidate may visit development sites and will be required to document their attributes, meet with local authorties and report back the viability of the intended project.
Responsibilities
We require the candidate to develop a robust and detailed dashboard of opportunites to share with the developers. Company expectation would be for intern to vet 100 sites over a 10 week program.
Qualifications
Interest in Commercial Real Estate as a career.
Students working during the school year in a quasi professional environment is a plus.
