Description

Soul Food Project is looking for a motivated communications or marketing student who is ready for hands-on experience in social media and other digital marketing platforms within our business. You will work closely with the Executive Director to develop strategies and create dynamic content that tells SFP's brand story across our marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts and post content.

• Brainstorm campaign ideas using external research and best practices.

• Develop, write, and edit engaging blog, website, and social content.

• Identify target audiences on each platform and create personas to drive content.

• Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and overall social presence.

• Become a SFP ambassador, versed in our company mission, vision, values and purpose.

• Engage with key stakeholders across the nonprofit to help generate content.

 • Create social media best practices and style guide for SFP

Qualifications

• Creative problem-solver

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven relationship-builder

• Organized with ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Experience with social media marketing and analytics
