Description

 Cornerstone Construction Group is seeking a motivated and organized Office Coordinator intern to work alongside office manangement and adminstration team to dispatch feild, scheduling of projects, working with vendors and subcontractors on complainace and paperwork needed. Reporting directly to the Vice President and CEO, the Construction Assistant provides admin and feild support. Office Construction Assistant will learn to the office and feild team software systems; organizes and coordinates bids and jobs, coorindanting with managment on outreach events and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in providing all bid updates to estimating and management team and keeping them updated on any bid deadlines, submittals, etc. /keeping them updated on office and warehouse inventory levels and repair and maintence logs on equipment and trucks.
  • Maintains up-to-date inventory records for company.  Additionally,  fields questions regarding current inventory levels.
  • Works with Accounting to resolve issues and close out monthly reports,  so that they can complete company financials.
  • Provides purchase forecasting for all products.  Alerts management when inventory levels are running low or too high.
  • Works with management to compile and ensure updated customer forecast information.  Prompts management of inventory needs to be based off this data,  along with sales history and order patterns.

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
