Level 1 Network/Computer Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide support for customers and staff.
• Provide Desktop OS and application support.
• Use tools to scan customer’s networks to provide quarterly business reports.
• Technician level maintenance on our Metronet network.
• Provide support to specific MSP customers weekly.
• Possible installation support of new customers coming on our network.

• Can type 45 WPM
• Can Pick up 40lbs
• Unrestricted Work Authorization
• Valid Drivers License

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• 1 Year of Experience working on computers (operating systems), networking, etc or applicable education
