With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we strive to deliver tailored solutions that resonate with our clients' target audiences and drive impactful results.

The internship program at Polished Strategic Communications offers a unique opportunity for aspiring communication specialists to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a paid intern, you will have the chance to work closely with seasoned professionals and collaborate directly with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization. Throughout the internship, you will be involved in various projects aimed at enhancing your skillset, expanding your professional network, and deepening your understanding of the communication industry.

Supervision, Training, and Mentorship:

  1. As an intern at Polished, the CEO will serve as your mentor, providing guidance, feedback, and support as you navigate through your projects and assignments. Regular interactions and one-on-one sessions will give you insights into strategic communication strategies, business development, client management, and more.

  2. Through cross-functional teamwork, you will learn how to effectively communicate and coordinate with different clients and industries to achieve common goals. This collaborative environment will enhance your project management skills and foster a spirit of creativity and innovation.

Learning Goals:

  1. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you will strengthen your communication skills, including writing, editing, and verbal communication. You will learn how to craft compelling messages tailored to specific audiences and platforms.

  2. You will deepen your understanding of the communication industry, including current trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. By working on real-world projects, you will learn how strategic communication drives business goals and impacts organizational success.

  3. You will have the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, clients, and stakeholders, both locally and globally. Building and nurturing these relationships will broaden your professional network and open doors for future career opportunities.

  4.  Through hands-on project work, you will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will learn how to analyze challenges, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to address client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

Here is an overview of the tasks and projects the intern will work on:

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
