Chemist Intern - Cosmetics Lab

Description

Each intern has a direct supervisor that is a high-level leader within the organization, to ensure maximum learning and benefit to the student. They will work closely with their supervisor for education, check-in points, deliverables and feedback. The goal is for each student to gain as many applicable real-world skills as possible, to ensure success in their future careers, whether that's in the same industry or not.

Responsibilities

The student will work on at least 2 of the following areas during their internship:

- skincare and color cosmetic sample batching

- research and development of novel cosmetics/skincare formulations

- testing of formulations (stability, PET, stress tests during R&D)

Qualifications

- 1 year wet lab experience (academic setting fine)

- Great attitude, willingness to learn

- Ability to drive to Bedford lab location
