Marketing, Sales, and Retention Internship

Description

Clint Wilson State Farm is a full service insurance and financial services agency, focused on helping customer protect and grow their income and assets. Our interns will have the opportunity to experience the day to day operation of one of Indiana's top State Farm agencies including experience in customer care, marketing, and sales. Interns will report directly to the agent and will work directly with each in office team member. The internship will be customized to the needs and learning focus areas of the intern, ending with a capstone project to help drive the agency forward in an area of interest for the intern.

Responsibilities

Likely Responsibilities include:

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market.
• Develop and execute customer retention plan
• Social Media Interactions and content development
• Limited Administrative duties

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• People-oriented
